How do I add a new user like medical and coaches?

Two steps, Create the role first, then invite the person to it.

Settings, User Management, Roles. Create the role and set its permissions. A medical staff role usually needs write access to medical and availability plus athlete view, reports & workspaces and nothing else: no user management, no integrations.
A performance staff role usually needs athlete management, reports and workspaces.

Settings, Users, Invite user. Pick the role and send. You can change someone's role later without re-inviting them.

Two things worth knowing before you build a role. Roles reduce permissions rather than granting capability, so build each one around what that person actually needs. And a reports-only user will not see athletes at all unless you also grant athlete view.

Administrators are a straight invite. No custom role needed.

How do I add Athletes/players?

One at a time: Settings, Athlete Management. Add the athlete and fill the profile. Some fields matter downstream and some are optional, so ask if you are not sure which.

A whole squad: Settings, Athletes, Import CSV. Download the template, fill it, upload it. If a row is wrong the upload tells you which one and why, so fix it and re-upload rather than starting again.

How do I put my players into positional groups?

Build the groups first: Settings, Athletes, Groups. Create your positional set, including the hierarchy, so Front Row sits above Loose-head Prop.

Then assign.

Individually: Use the Pencil at the right of an athlete's row, under Groups and Teams.

In bulk: tick the box at the left of each athlete the click on ‘Edit Groups’, select the group.

How do I invite athlete to Axon Pulse

From the athlete's record, top right, Send invite. Their email address needs to be on the record first.

You can bulk invite, which is what you want for a whole squad rather than going one by one.

There is no public sign-up for Pulse. The club invites each athlete and controls access, and when someone leaves the programme their access ends with them.

Athletes can also complete forms in a browser through My Forms if they would rather not install the app. Pick one route per squad and make sure someone owns telling the players about it, because this is the step that decides whether wellness data exists at all.

How do I create file uploads

Files. Create your folder structure, then upload.

Access comes from the role, not from the file. There is no per-file sharing setting, so if someone cannot see a document, fix their role under Settings, User Management, Roles. People go looking for a share button and there isn't one.
